I have had to pick up after the trash truck, bags dropped all over, loose trash flies off the truck. You cannot contact them directly on the phone, you used to be able to talk to someone live. I guess the big bosses need to make millions more so they cut back on workers. No stars for you. I tried to leave no stars, it won't let you.
