Hokibar Poke & Sushi BBQ was founded by the three of us who share a passion for delicious foods in Kansas City, MO and each of us developed working in multiple sushi and poke restaurant on the west coast. We've merged Japanese dishes with American-style and Hawaiian-style poké. The result is a fast-casual dining experience with a modern twist. Today, we are committed to serving fresh-daily fish, premium sauces, and top-notch ingredients in a way that’s fast, convenient, and (of course) delicious.
