We work on a double track: technical and commercial.
Technician: before selling a property, we evaluate its saleability since, when our foreigner customers decide to buy, they intend to do so immediately! Our professionals take care of drawing up the due diligence, in order to guarantee the cadastral urban planning compliance.
Commercial: before the assignment we compile the technical sheet with over 50 evaluation elements + we value the property thanks to the photo reportage + we create the house book + we promote the sale through targeted Newsletters.

Our main office is in Milan, Via Giuseppe Verdi 5, a stone's throw from the Teatro Alla Scala and Piazza Duomo. We've bet a lot on the internet, but we're not just virtual.
