Exclusively managing the residential precinct for all holiday and permanent letting through Naisoso Island Resort Villas and Naisoso Island Real Estate respectively,
and exclusively marketing and selling all resales on Naisoso Island. Under the management rights they are the caretaker for the Body Corporate on Naisoso Island,
managing contractors such as gardeners, security, and common areas etc.
