Rosebank House is a 13 bed open rehabilitation service based in Reading for men and women with a primary diagnosis of mental illness. The service offers individualised holistic care and treatment for patients with ongoing complex mental health needs. This modern, purpose-built house is specifically designed with facilities to fully prepare patients for independence in the community.
