We are a group of people committed to living in harmony with the earth, cultivating mindfulness, healing ourselves, and sharing our gifts with each other. We are a group that wishes to grow, welcoming all people who are interested in awakening to their most harmonious expression of Self. The Heart Center offers yoga and meditation classes; movement therapy, art shows, acupuncture, reiki, massage, and body work; dances, ceremonies, sound baths, and workshops that promote self expression.
