Our specialty is commercial inspections preventative inspections however we also can do residential home inspections. I am a Certified Level 2 ITC thermographer with 15 years of experience in home inspections and construction. I have 5 years of commercial experience in producing images if motors, and motor parts, transformers, switch gears, conveyor belts and motors and High voltage systems. We also do residential inspections of flat roofs, electrical panels and building envelope. i have a team of inspectors throughout the US currently in Oregon, Texas and the Washington Metro.
