Watcharee Limanon, a Thai culinary artist from Bangkok, has created a distinctive line of exquisite and authentic Thai sauces. While Watcharee likes to tell people that she inherited her love of Thai cooking from her mother, she took a winding path in following her passion.

Watcharee has hand-crafted exquisite Thai sauces from traditional ingredients to capture the subtle richness of authentic Thai flavors. In 2014 Watcharee began bottling her favorite sauces made from traditional, all natural ingredients and shared them with friends and family, and the positive reaction was immediate, especially among busy people who crave authentic flavors and demand healthy ingredients. Gradually, Watcharee began selling her sauces locally at fairs and farmers markets, and then through local retailers, and the WATCHAREE’S line was born!
