Your Elementz is a home from home feel counselling service, no awkward waiting rooms or clinical buildings.

To support, empower and accept wholly individuals that would like support dealing with whatever they are facing in life at this very moment.

I aim to enhancing your ability to manage situations more effectively with teaching you coping mechanisms that are individual to you, your needs, ability and situations faced. I am hear to listen to your journey so far and how it has impacted you, your life, your relationships, your decisions and how you may want some of those things to be different in your future. I work creatively and can offer different methods of working not just talking as some people can find this difficult to put into words dependant on what they have been through and how much it has impacted them.
