Advanced Foot and Ankle of Wisconsin was founded in 2006 with the premise to provide excellence in all aspects of foot and ankle care. Drawing from his experience in developing community podiatry offices in Racine and Beloit for the underprivileged, Dr. Michael Kokat ultimately chose to expand into Burlington, WI, which had a need for expert surgical podiatry services.

At Advanced Foot and Ankle of Wisconsin, our elite team of surgical podiatrists provide expert treatment for all types of chronic or acute pain in the foot, ankle, heel, toes or nails. Everyone at our foot and ankle clinic is dedicated to providing excellence in care and treating every patient like family.

All of our locations are handicap accessible and designed with you in mind. We offer handicap parking, clean waiting rooms, three locations with no stairs, and an elevator at our Loomis location. We even offer telehealth services so you can get the care you need, even when you’re not able to come in person.
