Dr. Sumbal Khan completed her degree at a top medical school in Pakistan in 1998 before following her dream of coming to the United States, where she completed her residency in internal medicine in 2005 at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Khan has more than 15 years of medical experience.

Her medical philosophy is based on a “whole-person approach,” where she focuses on getting to know each patient better, focusing on the doctor/patient relationship, offering compassionate care, and providing unlimited and affordable access to medical treatment. She loves to read and spend time with her family, and she is becoming certified as a life coach to help her patients develop the habits required to stay healthy.

Dr. Sumbal Khan is an internist with extensive experience managing acute and chronic diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, depression and anxiety, and more.
