April 30, 1975 marked the end of the Vietnam-American war. It was a shitty day for many of us, the Hmong, Mien, Laos, Cambodian and Vietnamese, who had to flee our native lands in search of freedom from tyranny. It was a sad day in our history, for on this day, we became a people without a country. This is our brotherhood.
