We believe that in order to maintain high standards at Braden Dental Care it is important to invest in continuing professional training for both our support staff and clinicians.
Whenever possible, we endeavour to reduce the effect of our business on the environment by recycling, using low energy lightbulbs, using an electricity supplier that utilises wind turbines and utilising digital xrays.
Every year Braden Dental Care makes a donation to charity. In the past these have included Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for children, Comic Relief and Macmillan cancer support. Braden Dental Care also gives a financial contribution on a monthly basis to Quality for All, this is a charitable trust which distributes money to local charities just prior to Christmas.
We feel that it is important for all those working at Braden Dental Care to have a work-life balance. The staff rota enables each member to have a day off during the working week.
