The Dutch Law Institute is has been established by a number of lawyers in the Netherlands. It aims to be an independent non-profit center of expertise in the fields of Dutch contract law, Dutch employment law, Dutch business law and legal proceedings in the Netherlands. The Dutch Law Institute is publishing an online English guide on Dutch contract law, Dutch employment law, Dutch business law and litigation in the Netherlands.
