Marina Solo

Marina Solo is an expert negotiator with a unique talent for real estate. Combining sharpened industry expertise with a classic Russian charm, Marina has provided the maximum upside for her customers with every closed deal. A shining example of the great American success story, she moved to the United States in 1995 to pursue her dream of a better life. Within a year, she taught herself English and began her real estate career. Since earning her real estate license, Marina has personally closed over 1,500 real estate transactions.

She got her start in Green Bay, WI and was recognized by National Realtors Association in the top 1% of agents nationally. Marina then grew to becoming a Broker Owner and assisted the Green Bay Packers players and coaches with their housing needs – also appearing as an on-air real estate expert with local television stations. After moving to Miami, she continued her career with Decorus Realty and specialized in collaborating with developers and business leaders.

Upon moving to Sarasota, Marina joined Michael Saunders & Company in 2017. She is driven and determined to live by a philosophy based on building relationships, one person at a time. Marina is well known in the real estate community as a vibrant, energetic whirlwind. She finds the greatest satisfaction in guiding individuals through financial decisions making investments.
