Prenatal care is focused on helping you to optimize your body so that it can carry your baby, deliver your baby, and recover like it was designed to do. For prenatal clients, we will usually focus on upper body, core, pelvis, pelvic floor, and movement patterns. This is designed to bring about balance and movement so that your pregnancy is safe, healthy, and comfortable.
