Josh Mottashed is a seasoned mortgage expert located in our Folsom branch. Josh helps clients throughout the state of California and is a local expert for Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Having been in the mortgage industry since the late 90s, Josh has had various positions in processing and underwriting. This experience enables him to better understand all of the different requirements needed to ensure that the process of getting a home loans is as seamless and stress-free as possible.
