We've been delivering practical and proven Resilience training courses and programs since 2016! Throughout the Pandemic of 2020-21 we delivered Resilience training to 000s of leaders and their teams across most major industries, in over 25 different countries and multiple languages, with an average rating of 4.8/5 stars for our digital Resilience Bootcamp.
We specialise in working with geographically dispersed and remote teams. As well as teams facing time constraints for building their Resilience skills alongside work commitments. In 2019 we partnered with a global leader in digital social learning, enabling us to bring individuals and teams together in a world leading social learning environment that’s entirely online, flexible and ensures the practical application of Resilience skills immediately as they are learned!
Working with ripen, you will see your team's Resilience capability and wellbeing uplift as a whole and individually. You will also be able to see engagement levels across your team as training is happening. We know that training doesn’t just end after a certificate of completion and working with ripen includes access to a suite of resources to help you embed Resilience skills across your team or organisation, for equipping your people for long-term wellbeing and performance. We also include personalised consulting with our training solutions, to help you hyper-align Resilience training to your organisation's wellbeing and performance priorities
