San Antonio Authentic Counseling provides counseling with a therapist that meets you where you are in life and helps you to become the best version of yourself. We are trained to help you recover from addiction, trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anger, and anxiety. Together you and your counselor will come up with a treatment plan to help you achieve the goals you identify. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
