We started our innovative multi-grain sushi business in 2007, serving our trademarked “Black Sushi” for the first time. Since then, we’ve fed people from around the world eager to try food once reserved for royalty due to its health benefits. Black Sushi’s main ingredient is a natural black rice (a.k.a forbidden rice or emperor’s rice), known for being high in nutrients and antioxidants.
