Diesel Pumps.
We specialize in diesel pump repairs, testing and also reconditioning. Not only do we supply reconditioned units, we are also able to check and diagnose faults on your original units. As vehicle problems are becoming increasingly more complex to diagnose, this is a valuable process in eliminating concerns on the condition of your diesel high-pressure pumps. With the high costs of these units, it is economical to know if they are faulty or if there are other underlying issues on your vehicle.
Your diesel pumps will be professionally repaired/reconditioned as follows:
Disassembled
All parts completely cleaned
Inspected and diagnosed
Worn parts are reconditioned or replaced
Assembled in our assembly room to ensure cleanliness
Calibrated professionally
There are 2 types of electronically controlled fuel injection pumps which offer completely different injection methods from conventional fuel injection pumps.
Distributor (Rotary) Fuel Injection Pump:
The electronic control system of the distributor type pump consists of different sensors, an ECU (electronic control unit) and an actuator. The sensors detect the running condition of the engine and send signals to the ECU. The actuator controls both injection quality and timing according to the signal it receives from the ECU, which calculates the optimum levels for the current running condition of the engine.
Common Rail Fuel Injection Pump:
The common rail type pump has been developed to meet strict exhaust gas regulations in the 21st century. This system consists of a supply pump, common rail, electronically controlled injectors, various sensors to detect the running condition of the engine and a computer to control these devices. The supply pump is driven by the engine and produces high-pressure fuel. An injector is mounted on each cylinder of the engine and the high-pressure fuel from the supply pump is distributed to each injector by the common rail.
