Apnea Total Malta was born out of passion; a passion for a sport that leaves no one indifferent. .

We are a team of dedicated and highly experienced freedivers and instructors. We uphold the highest standards of freediving safety, instruction and education.

In Apnea Total Malta we believe freediving is for everyone but we are also aware that everyone is different so we adapt our courses and activities to our students, not the other way around.

We do not focus on numbers or depth but on relaxation and on executing the freediving techniques the right way.

We evaluate each student on their potential, evolution and achievement during the water sessions, not by passing exams.

With our unique approach, our students progress faster and quickly reach depth and goals they thought impossible.

We offer freediving COURSES of all levels from those with no experience to instructors.

- DISCOVER FREEDIVING: 1 day course - Maximum depth 12 meters
- FREEDIVER: 2 day course - Maximum depth 12 meters
- STATIC APNEA: 1 day course - Breath holds over 3 minutes
- ADVANCED COURSE: 3 day course - Maximum depth 40 meters
- MASTER COURSE: 4/5 week course - Maximum depth 60 meters
- INSTRUCTOR COURSE: 4 weeks - Become a Pro

We offer freediving ACTIVITIES for certified freedivers.

- TRAINING: 2 hour session to put into practice everything learnt.
- COACHING: 3 hour session with an instructor to improve faster.
- EXPEDITIONS: discover the amazing beauty of Malta’s crystal clear waters: caves, wrecks and innumerable hideouts.
- WORKSHOPS: Improve your freediving by expanding your knowledge.
- SNORKELING TRIPS: to some of the best spots in Malta and Gozo
