Our company was founded by Gemma Escalé who holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. At Barcelona Counseling, we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Attachment Based Therapy.
