Benjamin Nuvamsa currently serves as the President/CEO of KIVA Institute, LLC. Nuvamsa has extensive knowledge and experience in executive management and tribal governance areas.

Kiva Institute, LLC is a Native American owned and operated company established to serve Indian tribes, tribal organizations, and the federal agencies that serve them. Our staff has over 75 years of combined, practical experience and knowledge of the Indian Self-Determination & Education Assistance Act and related programs. Our experience extends to other areas including: Indian law, tribal governance, organizational management, governmental accounting, audit preparation, and legislative affairs, among others.
