Cedar Springs Health Racquet & Sportsclub is bigger than you think! Located in Burlington, the club is over 200,000 sq. ft.making it the largest multi-sport recreational facility in the area. Cedar Springs members live in Halton including Oakville, Burlington and Milton as well as areas such as Hamilton, Dundas, Niagara, and Brantford.
Personal training will give you motivation to reach your fitness goals. Group fitness classes, including Zumba, aqua-fit, yoga, pilates, power and step, are fun and a great way to meet staff and members.
Indoor and outdoor water parks include 7 swimming pools with a 25m lap pool, 4 water slides, hot tub and 2 kids splash pads. Pools are open during all club hours. Swimming Instruction is available in Burlington to members and non-members. Our class sizes are smaller for better results..
Facilities include Racquet sports, tennis, squash, racquetball and badminton. Lots of courts with great viewing areas makes us a popular location for local, National and International tournaments.
