Here at EDEN, we understand that life happens! Appointment reminders will be sent 48 hours in advance and you will be asked to confirm. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance-failure to do so, will result in a $30 cancellation fee. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
