What we believe.....
Aristotle once said that an "Element" is defined as the primary constituent in something-which is indivisible into any other kind of thing.

We all understand this intuitively as humans, we are always searching for the deeper meaning in something, the true essence of an idea, or object and even ourselves.

At Element Grappling we hold this idea above all else. Whether its a coach, instructor, or member everyone at Element Grappling is trying to seek the true fundamental nature of the Grappling Arts.

We don't believe in being elitist or exclusive. We care about learning and teaching Jiu JItsu, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or the myriad of other names that the Grappling arts go by. Everyone is welcome at Element Grappling, because everyone deserves to discover it. We are a competitive group but we will be the first ones to cheer you on. We welcome all experience levels, from a person with absolutely no experience to a blackbelt of twenty years. We are a team, we are a family. We strive to make everyone feel in their Element.
