A JCB is a mobile digging and loading machine, which also known “backhoe-loader” or “Excavator loader” machine. With potential attachment it can do many other jobs, for example lifting, Rock breaking, Earth drilling, pole planting, dozing, leveling, canal digging etc. there is one cabin to where driving and operating system are attached. Power is provided by diesel engine. It’s steering and brakes are hydraulic power.

GHE Training Institute offers three months training program for those candidates, who want to be get in the profession of JCB Operator. We provide the complete training on over head crane & after completion of training, certificate is awarded to candidates. We also provide the campus facility into the different companies for those students who complete the training successfully. Two hydraulic powered stabilizers are provided. These must be used when operating the excavator. Hydraulic power is provided by pumps driven from the engine. JCB machine front tyre is small but rear tyre is big, that could travel in hump and rough road, mud and water road and also in dangerous place. It travel speed up to 36 km/h. it’s loader bucket’s capacity up to 1 m3 to 1 1/2 m3 and its lifting load capacity is up to 3000kgs. Its diesel tank capacity up to 150 liter and hydraulic tank capacity also 150 liter. Now a day JCB machine is very usefulness machine in construction job. Where man power could not the job easily.

Two time test. 1st terminal test will be held after one month and the 2nd terminal test will be held after finished the Theoretical class. After completion the training trainees are awarded the Certificate by Institution and arranges a job placement For regional and national companies in India and abroad, mostly gulf and Arab countries overseas and manpower offices
