Gowri S Ramani | Executive Coach

Gowri S Ramani is one of the few Master Coaches with both ICF-MCC and EMCC-MP credentials.



She is an Executive & leadership coach for C-Suite members and senior leaders in corporates/not-for-profit organizations.



A Masterful coaching conversation helps build awareness for a client on ‘WHO’ they are: their beliefs, inspirations, fears/inner critics, passions, feelings, the self-talk that might be empowering or disempowering them! A Master coach partners with clients to build on deeper self-awareness and helps clients create more fulfilling and successful futures for themselves.

Gowri currently serves on ICF Global Credentials & Standards Board as a Director. Previously, Gowri was Director-Outreach at ICF Bangalore. She currently supports ICF Chennai Chapter on special projects like the Coaching Conclave 2021.

She is also a Mentor Coach to other coaches (and aspirants) on their coaching journeys.



She also pays it forward by providing pro bono coaching on several platforms like United World Coaches, Coacharya, Coaches For You, etc. Her leadership coaching is a unique blend of the different coaching methodologies she has trained on and her personal learnings from a rich corporate leadership journey of over 3 decades, with diverse cultural experiences.

Her clients represent a broad range of industries/companies, roles and from about 20 different countries.

Currently, in her 5th year as a coach, she has held senior leadership positions in top-tier technology and telecom companies, globally for over 3 decades.

Limited, Command & Control system for defense services and

India’s first election management system.

– as a business leader leading a $ 10Mn consulting business globally

for a tech company

programs at the enterprise level and supported businesses from $500Mn

to $10Bn.

– building diverse, distributed, specialized teams from the ground-up in

more than one company

– living & working in 4 different countries (India, USA, UK,

Singapore), and working with teams in about 20 other countries in

Americas, Europe, Oceania, and Asia.


Her educational qualifications include Masters in Physics and Computer Science from Delhi University and Business Management (MBA) from ISB, Hyderabad. She has also completed advanced management programs from Kelloggs Management School and Wharton School of Business, USA.
