Hand Made Places

Based in Bordon on the edge of the South Downs National Park in the heart of Hampshire, Hand Made Places has seen a large growth since its inception in 2000 where it started life in a garage with one man designing, making and building everything almost single handedly.

Today, the Hand Made Places home is now a 30,000 sq ft building that contains our traditional yet modern workshop and offices. At Hand Made Places we have maintained our ethos throughout our growth, for friendly, personal service and high quality products.

Hand Made Places is a division of Broxap Ltd which specialise in manufacturing high quality playground equipment manufactured from FSC timber. Our range has developed over the years. Many of our products began life as a bespoke item. Sometimes an idea may come from a teacher’s sketch; their vision of their desired playground, or a drawing that a child may have done as part of a dream playground project. Whatever the inspiration, our talented designers can develop playgrounds which offer both learning and play value.

Hand Made Places are proud to be a member of the Association of Play Industries (API) and The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).
