Users can also combine multiple clips to create a mashup, and they can annotate clips with text or emojis to add commentary. Users can then share the clip to Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, SMS, or email.

Hashcut is an entirely web-based offering and doesn't require any desktop software whatsoever. Hashcut is also a mobile responsive website, so users can clip and share from their phone. Finally, Hashcut provides a Chrome extension that allows users to clip directly while they are browsing videos within YouTube.com.
