Opis
Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre (KMC) is member of the New Kadampa Tradition of Buddhism running weekly meditation classes in North & Central London and in parts of Hertfordshire. It also organises regular weekend courses and retreats from the main Centre in Golders Green. For those interested in more in-depth study, Heruka KMC also organises in-depth study programmes. Buddhist chanted prayers, or pujas, are also regularly held at the Centre. Everyone is welcome to attend including beginners.
