Opis
Holistic Karate uses the most efficient martial arts techniques tried, tested and developed over centuries; blended with modern motivational methods and street psychology.
It was set up to provide self protection based training as an alternative to the trend towards sports based martial arts.
We also look to go deeper into self development and philosophical side of martial arts which is often neglected today!
Benefits include fitness, relaxation of mind and body, flexibility, confidence, focus, respect, self-control, perseverance, indomitable spirit, meditation and more. Training is tailored to the individual.

Separate teen/adult and children’s classes (children from 5 years old).
