Julian Morris Voice Studio

Throughout the majority of my existence, I have engaged in various forms of singing. I became a member of my school's choir and took part in theatrical productions and musicals. As a talented vocalist, I began receiving vocal training during my high school years, with my voice coach motivating me to pursue a professional singing career.

I secured a scholarship to the esteemed Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, where I had the opportunity to perform a diverse array of pieces as both a soloist and part of an ensemble. I took on major roles in several stage performances and broadened my knowledge by studying music theory, music history, conducting, foreign languages, and music education.

To Help Singers of All Levels Learn To Use Their Voice Beautifully

I continued my education at Indiana University as a graduate student, and during this period, I began instructing voice as an associate instructor. My goal was to impart the numerous invaluable insights I had acquired about singing and performance to my pupils. I have guided students to successfully audition for university conservatories, theatrical productions, and choral groups. I am an active member of the New York Singing Teachers Association and the National Association of Teachers of Singing.

Presently, besides offering vocal lessons in New York City, I perform professionally at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, The Los Angeles Opera, Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid, The Barbican in London, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. I have collaborated with some of the nation's most distinguished ensembles, like The Clarion Society, The English Concert, Ember Choral Arts, and The Cecilia Chorus, as well as the choirs of Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church in New York City.
