You can find me teaching in a beautiful new location where the energy is positive, healing and up-lifting: Sofitco Studios in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Join me every weekday Monday thru Friday at 8:30 am for a nice and energetic Vinyasa Flow. Be ready to sweat and work that body and mind!! Hope to see you there my dear friend.
