Loveartnortheast Arts' Market Newcastle Central Station

The Arts' Market at Newcastle Central Railway Station takes place on the first Friday of each month. It's one of Loveartnortheast's monthly arts' events and has been staged on the main concourse since the end of 2014. Each month around 20 of the region's best artists, designers and artisan crafters pop up there with their locally hand-crafted creations. There's everything from original art, to prints, jewellery, ceramics, glass, wood and much more. Something for most tastes and budgets.

Our event gives local artists, designers and crafters an opportunity to sell their creations directly to the public, at one of the North East's busiest locations. Not only this, but it helps showcase the region's artistic and creative talent to local, national and international travellers. Each one of our traders is a small local business. They all design, make and create their products from their local homes or studios. Through our events, some of their work has travelled all over the world, helping to showcase the North East in a more positive light.

Loveartnortheast's Arts' Market takes place on the main concourse at Newcastle Railway Station on the first Friday of each month, 10am till 6pm. Each month around 20 local artists, designers and crafters set up stalls there to sell their creations. Everything is hand-made and created by them here in the North East. This is a quality arts' market, with something for most tastes and budgets, from original art, prints to silver jewellery, wood, ceramics, glass and photography. Each one of the traders is a small local business and they create everything themselves.
