Man and Van Forest Gate is the ideal solution for your moving needs. i promise you to give a tried and true service with no mischief I am based in Forest Gate and have many years of experience as a loader.i promise you that i can reach your destination without any delay. I charge customers only on hourly basis and don’t charge you for the time that it takes to get to your location. My charges are pretty straight forward. I start the clock when we start loading items into the van and stops when your goods are unloaded. I am happy to transport any goods you may have but except illegal things and waste. Maximum weight capacity of my van is 1000kg so it is not difficult to transport loads of furniture or single item by my van.
