Our studio features 4 infrared sauna cabins and two contrast therapy rooms. Our contrast therapy rooms are appointed with larger infrared saunas and cold plunges. These rooms also feature showers for rinsing before and after your session. Our knowledgeable staff helps to guide and educate on the benefits and best practices within our studio experience.
