Team Yousfi Combat & Fitness has a variety of Group Classes on its schedule (Muaythai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Conditioning Circuit Training), Kids/Teens Classes as well as Personal Training (Private 1 on 1, Semi-Private 2-4).

We offer several membership packages to suit different needs. All levels are welcome, beginner through to advanced/fighter.
