I have the capacity to utilize diverse therapies for the different needs of clients mainly using interpersonal psychodynamic therapy. But also using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) on occasion along with a primary focus on person-centered therapy. I've been working one-on-one with clients since 2015.
