We represent such world renowned companies as Markem-Imaje, Safeline, Garvens, Mettler Toledo, Key Technology, ULMA, Robopac and Smipack, and we supply, install and service a diverse range of products for an even wider range of customers throughout the Middle East, East Africa and the sub-continent.

Our projects team oversees the specification and design layout of complete lines, managing the supply and integration of equipment from multiple vendors, to ensure production lines are installed and commissioned on time, within budget, and that they always meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. We also design and have built to Food Safe standards, supplementary equipment such as gantries, conveyors and packing stations.

We have a large installation and after sales service team, with technicians based in Riyadh, Muscat and Lahore, in addition to those in our Dubai office. We hold very extensive quantities of spare parts, accessories and consumables, thus ensuring our customers' needs are taken care of, not only at the time of sale, but throughout the lifetime of the equipment. All our customers are offered maintenance contracts as a matter of course – these include routine preventative maintenance visits in addition to priority emergency call-out, and often incorporate annual calibration services for inspection equipment, by our factory trained and certified technicians.
