Welcome everyone – my name is Kim (she/her). I am here to support you through the journey to parenthood: through pregnancy, birth and your new life as a parent. I offer Doula support, pregnancy yoga classes, post natal yoga classes, women’s yoga and Antenatal Education Courses. I believe that birth is a transformational experience, however it unfolds for you.
