All masks that have our 100% satisfaction guarantee icon on their product page are entitled to our 30 days mask guarantee program. If you are not 100% satisfied with the mask′s fit, comfort or for any other legitimate reason, we can exchange the mask for you. Please inform us of the issue within 30 days of purchase, prior to returning the mask back to CPAP CLINIC. The customer is responsible for the returning shipping cost. After the returned mask is received, CPAP CLINIC will then ship out the replacement mask. If there is any difference in price between the returned and the replacement mask, CPAP CLINIC will charge or refund the difference to the customer.
