At ELITE LINGUISTIC NETWORK, we strongly believe in the stringent selection of the best possible Trainer to success for your language learning:

* At least 5 years of industry background (such as IT, Legal, Finance, etc)

* In-depth understanding of the Chinese culture

* At least 3 to 5 years of rich experience in teaching Mandarin

* Strong interpersonal relationship skills and able to create an interactive and conducive classroom environment

* Show strong passion in teaching, adopting practical ways to help you start speaking the language

Most importantly, we believe in forming the right chemistry between the Trainer and YOU. A trial lesson is the best way to demonstrate how they will conduct the lesson for you. It creates an opportunity for the Trainer to understand your learning needs, and also to ensure that you are comfortable with the interactions.
