From the sap of Vermont maple trees, boiled with wood fire and handed to him in a tin cup as a young boy, Kevin first tasted pure Vermont maple syrup. His quest to become a maple producer began at that very moment! Kevin learned from a young age how to gather sap from the best maple trees, using old fashioned sap buckets and the original taps. In the early 1980’s, Kevin embarked on his lifetime dream and thus his Maple Farm began to flourish. He mastered how to make maple candy, seasonings and cream. Kevin’s perfection in maple syrup is clearly represented by the simple fact of his certification in judging maple syrup across the country; a feat few have ever accomplished. During the sugar season, Kevin’s days are filled with the company of his sons and a few trusted close friends gathering sap, boiling to excellence Pure Vermont Maple Syrup in grades of Golden, Amber, Dark and Very Dark, such that each individual’s preference is satisfied to their delight.
