We provide the qualified Foot Reflexology in High Beach having recently passed my training at the London School of Reflexology which is led by one of the UK's leading reflexologists, Louise Keet. I first fell in love with reflexology while pregnant, and would have treatments regularly to help me deal with any stress and anxiety I was experiencing along with any pregnancy related conditions. I was amazed at how relaxed reflexology made me feel, and I came away feeling rebalanced and restored. I would go into an almost meditative state and I felt empowered having that regular time slot that was just for me and my own wellbeing.
