Korean Hapkido Martial Arts school owned and operated by Valentino Ribecco.
Master Valentino Ribecco has been a Hapkido practitioner, demonstrator and teacher of Hapkido since 1984 (33 years ). Valentino has won numerous awards for his teaching style and has worked with students of all ages not only here in Calgary but also around the world.
Classes involve Martial Arts conditioning, stretching, inner strength training, kicking/striking, rolling/break falls, and self-defence.
Master Valentino is also a certified 100 hour yoga instructor and stresses the importance of a healthy well balanced lifestyle to all of his students no matter what age .
