Peach Dermatology is a full-service general, medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology practice founded by Dr. Waqas R. Shaikh, MD, MPH. Our physician-based practice focuses on serving the dermatologic needs of pediatric and adult patients in Suwanee, Georgia, and the surrounding Atlanta suburbs.

Shaikh, is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Waqas R. Shaikh, MD, MPH is an Ivy League trained dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon with expertise in all aspects of general, medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. After completing his dermatology training at the accredited University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Shaikh undertook a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology at the nation’s top ranked cancer hospital, MD Anderson Cancer Center.

As one of the first to achieve board-certification in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Shaikh is not only capable, but passionate about providing patients with the highest level of personalized, comprehensive dermatological care. Dr. Shaikh lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife, 5-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son. He enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in the community, fencing, playing tennis, cooking, and traveling.
