Racing to Equity Consulting Group

We are a consulting group that is, at the heart, comprised of people with the desire to live their lives with purpose and to be of service. Primarily, we guide leaders to more consistently advance racial equity and social justice in a systemic, strategic, and intentional manner. Our Mission is to design and apply structural and systemic strategies to advance our nation's policies, practices, and institutions to achieve racial equity and have a substantial and lasting impact. We support leaders and guide institutions to create the infrastructure and build the necessary skills to make racial equity a core competency of their work.
