After living in Greece, Ireland, and Spain I finally moved to Bristol in 2015 where I continued working in the tourism industry.
I struggled with a diagnosed herniated disc for several years without getting any better with medicines, until I decided to try with therapy.
Nowadays, Massage Therapy is part of a whole plan I created to control the risk of suffering herniated disc episodes.
Therefore, cooking healthy, stretching, exercising and massages, have helped me a lot, and have encouraged me to become a Massage Therapist in Bristol, certainly, this profession has always caught my attention while I was living in Spain, but as I was too focused on tourism, I didn’t have enough time to dig in.
Now, that I’ve become a Certified Massage Therapist and obtained a Diploma in Body Massage, I finally can help others as my therapist used to help me.
Consequently, I expanded my knowledge and skills getting certifications for Deep Tissue and Trigger Point. I worked at Thermae Bath Spa and then I decided to focus my career as a solo-practitioner. Also, as part of my life, I enjoy travelling, riding bicycles, going to the gym and cooking healthy.
